All applicable charges incurred prior to cancellation will be invoiced with aminimum charge of $37.50 (G). Orders on-hold beyond sixty (60) days are subject to cancellation. Order Minimums Orders for less than catalog quantity are available for $50.00 (G) per item. Absolute minimum is 1/2 of first column quantity and is limited to standard imprints only. Combined Pricing When ordering a combination of different items, pricing cannot be combined. Effective Date of Catalog Prices in this catalog are effective 1/1/10-12/31/10. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.Not liable for pricing errors. Increase of Order Quantities We will try to accommodate increases in order quantities. Once production has begun any increase will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly. Production & Shipping Information Production Time Normal production times for catalog quantities are as follows (all times are from approved art proof) • 3 working days (Action Bands, Stickers,Tyvek Wristloks) • 5 working days (Tally Books, Bulk ShippedWristlets* & Zipper Pulls*) • 7 working days (Most Catalog Products) • 12 working days (Poly Binders) • 15 working days (Sewn** and Turned EdgeProducts, Belts & Sashes)*Bulk shipped products are not assembled. The hook or stud is to beinserted by the customer. **Sewn items include Reflectix armbands, vests, most DigiSort™ products, and sewn binders. Lead times are for catalog quantities and are subject tochange. |
Rush Orders Every effort will be made to accommodate rush orders; however, courier and expediting charges may apply. Contact our service specialists to determine availability before ordering. Fee for rush orders is $150 (G). Over-Runs or Under-Runs All orders are subject to ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered. Invoices will reflect the actual quantity shipped. Any order requiring the exact amount will be billed $50 (G). Exact shipping is not available on custom items. Drop or Split Shipments A charge of $7.50 (G) will apply for each address beyond the first. When splitting shipment on multiple days add $7.50(G) per shipment. All future shipments must ship within six months and the entire order will be invoiced at the time of the first shipment. Shipping Methods Unless you provide specific instructions, we will select a carrier. We can only assure date of shipment, but cannot be held responsible for arrival date. Faster shipping methods are available with prior approval. Special Shipping Instructions Special mailing labels, packaging requirements and shipping services will add to the published lead times and additional charges may apply. Returns Prior to return, all merchandise requires a written authorization in order to be eligible for a credit. First quality, blank merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be sent freight prepaid within 60 days of original shipment. Freight Claims All claims must be initiated by the customer as title passes to customer upon consignment of merchandise to the carrier. Weights Weights shown in catalog are approximate and may vary slightly. Blank Products Blank products are available for in-stock, finished goods.Absolute minimum is 1/2 first column quantities and will be priced at the next quantity price.
